Mr. Finnerty, Jr. has been associated with the law firm since September of 1993. In addition to real estate conveyancing, he is a trial attorney with extensive experience on the civil and criminal cases Mr. Finnerty, Jr. has represented clients accused of motor vehicle offenses including driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as more serious offenses. Mr. Finnerty, Jr. has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil actions, motor vehicle torts, dram shop and premise liability cases in the Superior Court.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Finnerty, Jr. was employed as an Assistant District Attorney with the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office. While employed as a prosecutor, Mr. Finnerty, Jr. was responsible for prosecuting a wide range of criminal matters, and had extensive jury trial experience.
